Two years in the making… and finally, we’re here ❤️
This hasn’t been an easy journey. From our first offer on Cross Street in Manchester two years ago, to every obstacle that followed, including some heavy battles behind the scenes, there were moments that tested us in ways we never expected. Building something from the ground up while staying true to your values, and committing to high quality, feel good wellness food, is never the easy route, but it’s the only way we know.
At Plant Blends, every single thing we serve is handmade. Fresh. Done properly. We’ve always chosen the harder path rather than cutting corners, because attention to detail is everything to us. It’s what we’re built on. It’s what you taste in every bowl, every smoothie, every carefully sourced ingredient 🌿
Scaling a brand with this level of care hasn’t been easy, but it’s what defines us.
Because this is bigger than just opening a store. It’s about staying true to who we are, no matter how long it takes.

Growing up, I always believed the real key to health and longevity was prevention 🫶🏽 not waiting until we’re unwell to start looking after ourselves. Seeing how normalised ultra-processed foods, fizzy drinks, and fast food became made us realise something needed to change.
So in 2019, we started Plant Blends with a simple idea: create something homegrown here in the UK that genuinely promotes healthier living. Not another franchised concept imported from elsewhere, but a brand built from our own communities, our own lifestyle, and the people around us.
Plant Blends has always been about more than smoothie bowls and vibes 😅. It’s about making healthy food feel accessible, convenient, and something people actually enjoy. Food that tastes unreal, makes you feel good, and fits into real everyday life.
And honestly, this brand exists because of you guys. So thank you…The support, the word of mouth, the families who come in every week, the gym stops, coffee catch-ups, post-workout bowls, the conversations we have daily… that’s what built Plant Blends. 🤍
As a mum of 3, I’ve always questioned why kids grow up surrounded by shelves full of processed sugars and unhealthy options marketed as “normal.” Of course balance matters, nobody’s saying you can’t enjoy things! but the world today makes overconsumption way too easy. We just want to make healthier choices feel exciting instead of restrictive for all ages.
If we can help people build better habits, feel more energised, and inspire the next generation to have a healthier relationship with food, then we’re doing what we set out to do.
