Planner Power

Giving back has always been a core part of who I am. My love for animals runs deep, and it’s long been a personal dream of mine to one day have a rescue ranch of my own. So when the members of @plannerpower_ shared the idea of supporting animals in need, it was an immediate yes. Together, we created a philanthropic wedding, designed as a gala-style fundraiser, to benefit @friendsoflongbeachanimals and the incredible work they do supporting medical care and foster programs. What made the evening even more meaningful was the intention behind every detail. Our guests, all fellow wedding professionals, arrived to celebrate, unaware that the ceremony they were about to witness would feature two adoptable dogs, Onyx and Dora, at its heart. It was a moment that was both unexpected and deeply moving. A reminder that the work we do can extend far beyond the event itself. And this is why I do what I do, to create experiences with purpose, to bring people together, and to contribute to something greater than ourselves. Our 2026 event calendar update! Renewals were emailed out to those who are up for renewal in Jan & Feb. For our 2.11 event: the zoom meeting link will be emailed to all members by 9am PST that day as the meeting will start at 10am PST. For our 2.24 event, digital invitations will go out tomorrow!  From the patterned linens and soft blue place settings to the layered florals in warm, citrusy tones, every detail was curated to feel fresh, inviting, and a little unexpected. The mix of textures, tones, and candlelight brought so much depth to the room..elevated, but still full of life.
 All of it made even more meaningful knowing this night was in support of something bigger than ourselves.

Our VIP guests were welcomed pre-ceremony to the Glass House, a new venue space at @lido_house designed for intimate gathering and unique experiences. Here they indulged in bubbly, swag station and made their own rings with @methra_ring_workshop

Welcome to @hijinxhotel.usa - a unique stay & play experience venue. Our planner members and a few venue hotel friends got to learn all about what this property has to offer (which is a lot and we’ll need multiple posts to share) by touring the property & experiencing it first hand.
