Mokotów has long acted as a magnet for those who thrive on the high-octane energy of the capital, yet still crave a private sanctuary where they can occasionally dial back the pace. In this vibrant district, the skyline is constantly shifting; sleek office towers rise alongside modern residential enclaves, weaving a denser, more sophisticated urban fabric with every passing year.
It is within one of these striking new developments that we find our featured project: an expansive, two-level apartment perched on the eleventh floor. This elevated retreat features bespoke interiors masterfully envisioned by Katarzyna Kacik and Aleksandra Poprawa-Ożga of Houmi Studio, who have balanced metropolitan luxury with a genuine sense of home.
