We really need to talk about Friday!.......... WOW! We feel so incredibly lucky! To have people like these unbelievably talented humans Markus Birdman, Malinda Mukuma, Hayley Ellis and Rosco McClelland come and set our home town alight with laughter and good times, and have 100s of you beautiful people come and laugh with us all night long. Well it just doesn't get much better than that does it?! We are full of gratitude and so much love for you all. Thank you all so very much! What the hell was that? Like seriously, The energy was OFF THE SCALE! Everything just clicked, every performer was right at the top of their A game, each and every joke just seemed to land and trigger uproarious laughter, all audience members gave back as much as they received, the energy was palpable from the top and remained right till the very end (and beyond where everyone was absolutely buzzing in the pub for aftershow bevs) ! The feedback has been immense and unanimously positive ever since! Please keep it coming we love it! Sometimes there is just an inexplicable electricity in a room right from outset and Friday was one of those nights. We need to thank you all for creating that immense and beautiful vibe! In these rather dark times, to come together collectively and wear a smile on our face, and laugh in the face of it all, feels like the best therapy in existence and some much needed joyful resistance! Next up is Daliso Chaponda at the Museum on 25 April, the next instalment of our comedy club at the @theroyaltybowness on 8th May, and the summer spesh back at the Coro on 19th June (Phil Ellis has been rebooked and is headlining this one)!!!!
