Hoe houd je afval rapen leuk?
Nou door bijvoorbeeld te spelen met een peuk 😂
Zwerfafval roept vele emoties op. Van ergernis tot verbazing. Om hiermee om te gaan probeer ik ook een spelelement toe te voegen. Zichtbaar maken voor wat anderen onzichtbaar is op een voor mij leuke en speelse manier.
En omdat de Landelijke Peukmeuk Dag er weer aankomt onder begeleiding van @het.peukenmeisje en @plandelman ben ik alvast weer wat sigaretten aan het verzamelen.
Op 4 juli gaan weer vele afvalrapers meehelpen om de straten en stranden te ontdoen van miljarden plastic sigarettenfilters. Help je ook mee?

Prof X has his School for Gifted Youngsters, but today Plandelman got the @beekvlietgym from Sint-Michielsgestel. With talented kids who made impact while having fun and donated some nice new contributions for the Plandelmuseum (plus hundreds of 🚬 and 3 vapes)

Vandaag organiseerden we samen met @wereldnatuurfonds weer een feestelijk eindevent bij @beekvlietgym ! 🐼🌱
De leerlingen vierden de impact die ze de afgelopen periode gemaakt hebben door onder andere met de @plandelman op pad te gaan en afval op te ruimen🗑️. En met een handig resultaat: naast een fijne opgeruimde buurt was elke peuk en elk stuk afval ook “geld” waard, waar ze later wat te eten of drinken mee konden halen bij @wastebar_nl 🥤.
En deze mooie actie voor de natuur is symbolisch ook om de 100e verjaardag van David Attenborough te vieren natuurlijk 🎂

Team work makes the plandel dream work! Was invited by the biggest christian living community of the Netherlands.
Although these youngsters live in a spectacular beautiful part of Zeist -almost in the forest- they were amazed by the amount of litter we managed to collect.
Including 1 item to put on display in the Plandelmuseum (it even has PARTY on it, see slides), 2 vapes, uncountable cigarette butts and a bag filled to the brim with @mcdonaldsnl leftovers.
Hope I managed to plant some plandel seeds and that they show up during The 2nd Utrecht Plandelweek in Junre, it’s only a 🚲-ride away!
(‘plandelen’ is new Dutch for plastic litter picking)
