For this open-plan kitchen, dining, and living space, we embraced the existing architecture and gave it a thoughtful transformation—no bulldozers required.
With updated fixtures, layered lighting, refreshed finishes, seamless joinery additions, and just the right mix of new furniture and soft furnishings, we brought new life and functionality to a much-loved space.

Its amazing to see the final results of a lot of hard work. This particular room was part of the existing home that underwent major alterations.
Floors, walls and ceilings were all stripped back to accommodate the new additions and finish details.
Major structural elements went into this phase and area of the project.
Precise and accurate building by the team @lac_hie13@adamtheolinn@ben__schuetrumpf provided the opportunity to get end results that we expect……excellence!

This is a very small video snippet of a major alts/adds, first floor and swimming pool.
The original “L” shaped ground floor (not so L shaped) was built at 105.4 degrees and the owners carried the shape through to the first floor addition.
The consistent challenges, angles and degree of difficulty through every aspect are totally underestimated.
Totally proud of @jack_miegel for taking on the challenge and doing such a crazy good job. With a bunch of great blokes along side of him they have done an amazing job.
For a young carpenter only entering his 4th year of his apprenticeship, it’s a true testament.

These angles are an integral part of quality bathroom construction. Being organized and prepared early allows for these extra little details which have an amazing result at the finish line
