Meet our curator, Eddie Huang.
Eddie Huang is a Taiwanese-American multi-hyphenate who has made his cultural mark as an author, chef, restaurateur and director. A former attorney, he later turned to cooking and opened BaoHaus, a Taiwanese bun shop in New York City. He is widely known for his memoir Fresh Off the Boat, which was adapted into a popular ABC sitcom in 2015.
Huang also hosted the Viceland show Huang’s World, which explored cultural identities through the lens of food. In 2016, he published his second book, Double Cup Love: On the Trail of Family, Food, and Broken Hearts in China. In 2024, he directed, produced and starred in the documentary Vice is Broke.

Gabe Ulla is a New York-based writer who has contributed to The Wall Street Journal, T Magazine, Saveur and Town & Country. He has co-written three books, including Ignacio Mattos’ Estela and David Chang’s New York Times-bestselling memoir, Eat a Peach and Nick Curtola and James Murphy’s cookbook The Four Horsemen: Food and Wine for Good Times from the Brooklyn Michelin-starred restaurant of the same name.
Meet our curator, Laszlo Badet.
Laszlo Badet is a model, couturier, and self-taught chef who’s recognized for fusing her Swiss-Italian culinary heritage with a sharp eye for design. As the founder of Cantine Laszlo, a luxury food services agency, she curates exceptional culinary experiences for high-profile clients like Chanel, Diptyque, and Hermes. Laszlo also specializes in creative food design for film and photography, alongside developing bespoke restaurant menus.

Ellen Dixdotter is the co-founder of the Scandinavian interior atelier Cappelen Dimyr. After 10 years in Stockholm, Ellen now lives in Copenhagen where she can be found gardening and chasing the famous Danish ‘hygge’ as much as she can.
Meet our curator, Henrique Zaga.
Henrique Zaga is a Brazilian actor best known for his roles in popular series and films, including 13 Reasons Why and The New Mutants. His international background in the arts have led him to take root in top travel destinations such as Rio and Florianópolis, Brazil, Boca Raton and Miami, FL, Los Angeles and the UK.

Martino is a globe-trotting architectural designer and creative director at Numeroventi, a cultural hub and artists’ residency in Florence. The studio has welcomed renowned brands including Rick Owens furniture and Flos. He’s currently developing Numeroventi Bahia in Brazil.

As Founder and CEO of Perowne International, Jules Perowne’s clients rank globally in the luxury travel space. Originally hailing from Norfolk, UK she has built her reputation over 14 years of working on global strategies for businesses in all corners of the world. In 2024, she launched a podcast, delving into what distinguishes exceptional travel experiences from the merely expensive.

Charles De Lisle is the founder of The Office of Charles De Lisle, an Architectural Digest Top 100 design firm specializing in custom interiors, lighting, and furniture. With over 30 years of experience, Charles creates innovative, timeless spaces that blend natural materials with modern craftsmanship.
His work ranges from high-end residential to boutique commercial projects, and he’s widely known for his collaborative approach and exclusive access to rare, custom-made products from international artisans.
Meet our curator, Monica Mendal.
Monica Mendal is a US-born, Paris-based travel writer, contributing regularly to Vogue, T New York Times Style, Architectural Digest and more. Frequently covering hotels, she explores some of the extraordinary properties around the world. Previously, Monica was a fashion editor at Condé Nast publications including Vogue, GQ and Glamour.
