That’s the conviction at the heart of Bridge Boston Charter School, and it’s why TwinFocus is proud to support them as part of our 20th anniversary campaign, “20 Years of Trust, Impact, and Gratitude.”
As we mark 20 years as a firm, we’re reminded that real impact isn’t just measured in portfolios. It’s measured in communities. And Bridge Boston Charter School is changing the trajectory of this one, one student at a time.
6 flights. 5 cities. 4 hotel rooms. And one unforgettable adventure with my best travel buddy who’s 8.
Took PJ along with me on a business trip this week. He showed up every day, sitting through business meetings like a pro, powered through long dinners with clients, and still had energy keep going. He learned how to read departure boards, order food in a different language, and pack/unpack faster than I do now. 😊
We ate our way across the UK and Spain with fancy burgers, steaks, sushi, Mexican, Italian, Spanish… you name it, he tried it all.
We closed out the trip with Hamilton in London on our final night, where he knew every word and every song by heart.
Between early morning flights, late nights, and navigating foreign cities together, it stopped being my trip and became ours. He saw the world a little bigger, and I got to see it through his eyes.
And now he knows the next time mommy says daddy’s on another “vacation” this week, it’s far from it! 🤷🏻♂️😂 🇬🇧 🇪🇸

We’re still glowing from Commonwealth Shakespeare Company’s 30th Anniversary Gala, What a Dream, and thrilled to share that together, we raised a record-breaking amount of money in support of 30 years of free Shakespeare on the Boston Common.
Thank you to everyone who helped make this unforgettable evening possible and who continues to believe in the power of accessible art for all.
