Back in 2018, during the release of Pixel Ripped 1989, we held a competition: the first player to collect all pixels from Level 1 would be featured on a magazine cover inside the game. That winner was Thomas, just a teenager at the time.
We had never met in person, but this week at Gamescom, it finally happened! Thomas reached out, saying he wanted to meet, and he even brought all the physical copies of Pixel Ripped for me to sign. I was absolutely mind-blown to meet him in person , such a passionate fan of Pixel Ripped.

It’s been 11 years since I started this journey with Pixel Ripped, and meeting people like him fills my heart with hope and energy to keep going.
