The Singing River, a collaboration with @reinaldodavidcorrea has moved into an exciting new phase. After adapting the design for a relocated site in Bradenton, FL, we’re now well into fabrication.

Spent a little more time with this AI-driven sketch — iteratively refining the prompt in @chatgpt until the design language became repeatable and clear. Once I had something strong, I brought it into @magnific_ai for upscale and creative enhancement (gave it a little room to hallucinate).
Final touches in @photoshop : subtle vignette, scale figure, and done.
These tools are becoming incredibly powerful for fast concept development and visual language exploration. If an image speaks a thousand words, I’m aiming to speak ten thousand.

I’m honestly blown away by how far AI has come in helping visualize ideas. This isn't much, but the whole process took about 30 minutes.
This scene started as a still image — and with the help of a few prompts, it turned into something alive. The ability to explore design language, test out architectural moods, and iterate on worldbuilding visually in real time is… kind of wild.
It is becoming an incredibly powerful companion in the early stages of concept and atmosphere building.
Brutalist meets ancient-futurist, somewhere between dream and memory.
Prompting, pacing, lighting — all just part of the new creative toolbox.

Having the unique opportunity to revisit design principles explored on Kenmore, the design is informed by a series of core values centered on the well-being, healing, and dignity of the residents and the desire to be a good neighbor within an affluent suburb - a quality building that is loved by the community, the residents, and is a source of pride.

Residential units, resident services, and resident amenity spaces all include an abundance of daylight and ample access to green space. 🌤️🌳🪴The building and landscape designs thoughtfully balance privacy, access, and community connection. A setback to the east provides a green buffer for neighbors, while the western setback side makes room for a welcoming public plaza with plantings, tree canopy, and open space. The main residential entrance is off the main street for a sense of privacy, while maximizing commercial frontage on Cleveland Street. 🍱🥗🛍️
