Today is #WorldHypertensionDay, observed under the theme “Controlling Hypertension Together: Check your blood pressure regularly, defeat the silent killer,” reminding us that awareness and routine checks are key to prevention.
Hypertension often shows no symptoms, yet early detection and regular blood pressure monitoring can save lives.
At the recently concluded Free Medical Outreach, organised in partnership with LifePointe Church, Greater-Lekki and Pistis Foundation, many beneficiaries received blood pressure checks and vital health screenings, bringing this message to life in a practical and impactful way.
