Det er smæk på smagen hele vejen rundt og menuen egner sig glimrende til fester af alle størrelser i hjemmet, i haven eller til levering hvor det ønskes.
Vi tilbereder og anretter hele gildet, så du blot skal være den gode vært og hygge dig med dine gæster.
Menuen er tilgængelig til afhentning på Strandlodsvej eller til levering mod gebyr.

We are thrilled to announce the new general manager of PIRLO,
Alberto Segade Menendez
Originally from Galicia, Spain, Alberto has spend the last 15 years working in fine dining. He spent 9 years in London working at establishments such as Scott’s and Claridges Hotel, followed by 3 years in Champagne at Racine in Reims and at the Royal Champagne Hotel in Épernay.
For the past 6 years, Alberto has been working in Copenhagen. Initially as restaurant manager at Jordnær*** in 2020 and at Restaurant Kadeau Copenhagen** since 2021.
Alberto joined PIRLO in January 2026 and has slowly but surely been getting to know PIRLO and PIRLOS guests.
Alberto’s extensive wine knowledge makes him the perfect candidate to curate our fantastic wines from @eraorawinedk
Anything you want to know about wines, Alberto is your man.
We are so happy to welcome Alberto to PIRLO and we are very excited for you to get to know him as well.

With spring and summer approaching, PIRLO is looking to add to our kitchen brigade.
We are looking for a fully educated full time chef with 3+ years of experience in the kitchen.
We are a small team, that love working with each other and have fun doing so.
We run fast, we cook the proper way based on ingredients and flavour, and we treat everyday as an opportunity to improve.
We offer a great team, competitive wages, an opportunity to be a part of the creative process and cook great Italian food.
You will have an opportunity to take on a lot of responsibility and grow within the role. To be a part of moving a great team forward.
