What @piper_brown started as a run club has grown into something much bigger — a space where women feel safe, supported and empowered to show up as they are.
Through @chilli_chicks_run_club , Piper has built a community where women can train together, push themselves and feel confident doing it.
More recently, she’s also been helping spread education around recovery — encouraging her community to understand not just how to train, but how to recover properly too.
By learning the why and how behind recovery protocols at TH7, women in the Chilli Chicks community are able to better support their bodies, improve performance and train more sustainably.
Meet Piper, run club leader of @chilli_chicks_run_club and a physio working FIFO.
When she’s on site, Piper works demanding 12-hour days, supporting others while managing the physical and mental load that comes with FIFO life.
When she’s home, training, recovery and sleep become a priority.
Piper regularly uses the Nordic Protocol at TH7, finishing in the steam room before bed to help her body wind down after long days.
She’s noticed a dramatic improvement in her sleep quality, helping her recover properly and show up with energy, whether that’s leading her run club or heading back on site.
At TH7, our recovery protocols are designed to support people with demanding lifestyles — helping them reset, recover and perform at their best.
