Every pie we pull from the oven is built on a 30-year-old sourdough starter, giving the crust a specific character and depth that weโ€™re super stoked to share with yโ€™all on a daily basis. This monthโ€™s PINT Project feature is the Windy City. Built with sweet Italian sausage, cherry tomato and roasted garlic confit, sautรฉed spinach, and tangy giardiniera.
