This month, we were proud to celebrate the groundbreaking of our CHP Santa Fe Springs Replacement project—an exciting milestone that marks tremendous progress of a facility designed to support the dedicated officers who serve and protect our community every day. As Andrew Tovar, Project Manager, shared: “The groundbreaking ceremony was a great success and represented an important milestone made possible through the collective teamwork and collaboration of CHP, DGS, DSA, OSFM, COAR, Pinner, our consultants and trade partners. It was encouraging to see all parties come together in support of a shared vision and celebrate the beginning of a facility that will serve the CHP officers and the surrounding community for years to come. The officers expressed their excitement and highlighted the significance of this facility to them and their daily operations. It means a great deal to Pinner and the project team to be entrusted with the opportunity to contribute to a project that supports those who serve the community every day. We consider it a true privilege to help bring this facility to life in support of the officers and their continued service and commitment to public safety.” We’re honored to partner with all stakeholders on this meaningful project and look forward to bringing this important facility to life through collaboration, dedication, and excellence. @coargroup @chp_santa_fe_springs #Groundbreaking #PinnerConstruction #CHPSantaFeSprings #BuildingCommunity #PublicSafety #ConstructionExcellence

Pinner was proud to sponsor the 2026 CIEF Southern California Design-Build Competition at Golden West College. Our team had an incredible experience supporting the talented group of students at Pioneer High School while getting a firsthand look at the future of the construction industry. Project Executive Frank Ibarra and Sr. Superintendent Justin Jenkins were also able to present to the student team in advance, sharing insights into construction career journeys and offering a real-world perspective on the paths available within the trades. “I will say that it was a humbling experience given that I took a construction class in high school not knowing at the time that it was the beginning of my career,” shared Justin Jenkins. “It was amazing to see the future of the trades in action.” Experiences like these highlight the impact early exposure can have in shaping future careers in the industry. “I was proud to be part of our sponsorship of Pioneer High School and to support the next generation of builders at the CIEF Design-Build competition at Golden West College.” — Frank Ibarra, Project Executive. Supporting future builders is not only an investment in students, but an investment in the next generation of construction. We can’t wait to see what they build next! #FutureBuilders #PinnerProud #CIEFDB #GoldenWestCollege #PioneerHighSchool #BuildingFutures #BuildingSchools

What an incredible day at our Walk for Kids event! We are beyond grateful for the opportunity to support such an amazing organization and to stand alongside a community that shows up with so much heart and purpose. Seeing everyone come together for a cause that truly makes a difference—especially in the lives of children—was inspiring and a powerful reminder of why these moments matter. As Norma perfectly said, “it’s always a good feeling to be part of a kind act, especially when it benefits children.” We’re honored to be part of something so meaningful and look forward to continuing our support. #WalkforKids #RMDHOC #PinnerProud #WalkForACause #PinnerConstruction #BestEmployees

Pinner Construction is excited to be an exhibitor at the upcoming PLAN Contractor Forum on May 15th at Fremont High School. Pinner and LAUSD have successfully partnered in more than $1.8Bil in projects since 2003. We are especially looking forward to returning to the Fremont High School campus to celebrate the success of the comprehensive modernization completed nearly a decade ago in collaboration with LAUSD. It’s a full-circle moment for our team—seeing how these investments have supported students, staff, and the surrounding community over time. Hosted by the Los Angeles Unified School District, this important event supports the District’s multi-billion-dollar Bond Program, which is focused on modernizing and upgrading school facilities to enhance student health, safety, and the overall quality of education. We look forward to connecting with industry partners and discussing how we can continue supporting the future of LAUSD facilities. Stop by our booth and say hello! #LAUSD #PLANContractorForum2026 #PinnerConstruction #PinnerProud. #BuildingSchools #FremontHighSchool

Turns out that golfing can be a fantastic office setting, complete with sunshine, friendly competition, and great company! Our team was thrilled to spend time on the course at Pacific Palms for AGC’s Southern California Region Golf Classic earlier this month! “Attending the ACG golf classic was a great chance to connect with coworkers, clients and partners in our industry. The relaxed setting made it easy to have conversations, build relationships and enjoy some friendly competition on the course. Overall, it was a valuable experience that helped strengthen connections and support future opportunities for our company,” said Steve Myers, Sr. Pre-Construction Manager. As a corporate sponsor, we’re grateful for opportunities like this to strengthen relationships and represent our team outside the office. Already looking forward to the next one! #AGCGolfTournament #AGC #PinnerProud #BestEmployees #BuildingSchools

The future of construction is already here, and last week our team had a front-row seat! At our AESD Patrick Henry Elementary School modernization project, we welcomed students from Cal Poly Pomona’s Construction Engineering and Management program for a behind-the-scenes look. Walking the site and connecting classroom learning to real construction was an experience our team truly valued. Cal Poly Pomona continues to develop the next generation of construction professionals, and several members of our Pinner team are proud graduates. Seeing students learn from professionals who once sat in their same classrooms reinforces the strength of the program and the opportunities it creates. Experiences like this are about more than a site visit. They are about building relationships, sharing knowledge and supporting the next generation. We are proud to be part of that journey and look forward to continuing these connections. #PinnerProud #PatrickHenryES #BuildingSchools #BuildingFutures #AESD #CalPolyPomona #WorkforceDevelopment #PULSE

Last week, we came together to celebrate a milestone that truly belongs to everyone—the steel topping out at Anaheim Elementary School District’s $71M Patrick Henry Elementary School. This achievement reflects the collective effort of every individual who has contributed along the way. From early planning and design to daily execution in the field, each phase has played a vital role in reaching this point. The structure now standing is more than just a milestone—it represents countless decisions, strong communication, seamless collaboration, and the hard work taking place every day across all aspects of the project. More importantly, it represents a future learning environment that will serve students, educators, and families for generations to come. While we take a moment to recognize this accomplishment, we also look ahead. There is still important work to be done, and it will take the same level of teamwork, focus, and dedication to carry us across the finish line. Thank you to AESD, the Pinner team, our design and construction management colleagues, and all our trade partners who have been part of this journey. Be proud of what you’ve helped build—let’s keep the momentum going and finish strong. #PatrickHenryElementary #PinnerProud #ToppingOut #BuildingSchools #AESD

Today and every day, we celebrate the incredible women shaping the future of construction. Their hard work, leadership and dedication drive progress on every project and leave a lasting mark on our industry. This Women in Construction Month, we proudly honor the talented women across our company who lead projects, strengthen teams, and help build stronger communities. “From leading projects to long days on site, I’m proud to stand in spaces where women haven’t always been represented. As a first-generation college graduate now working in the industry, achieving my dreams has meant breaking barriers and stepping confidently into rooms where I once felt uncertain.” – Anay Cruz, Assistant Project Manager To all the women on our team: thank you for inspiring us, leading with strength, and shaping the path forward. We are proud to build alongside you! #WomenInConstruction #WICWeek #StrongerTogether #BuildingExcellence #WomenWhoBuild #PinnerProud #BestEmployees

Our team had an exceptional time at the 47th Annual Conference for the Coalition for Adequate School Housing (CASH), connecting with industry partners and gaining valuable insights into the evolving landscape of school construction. It’s always energizing to be surrounded by professionals who are passionate about creating better educational environments for our communities. “Attending the CASH Conference was a valuable experience that provided meaningful networking opportunities and insight into the owner’s perspective on school construction," said Andrew Tovar, Project Manager. "This helped me better understand the priorities and challenges that shape project delivery. The conference also broadened my perspective on the industry through informative sessions on regulatory updates, funding programs, and best practices among professionals dedicated to improving educational facilities.” We’re grateful for the opportunity to learn, collaborate, and continue strengthening our expertise in delivering high-quality K-12 projects. We also had an amazing time watching industry professionals build "schools" using Magnatiles! Thanks for stopping by and see you next year! #CASH2026 #BuildingSchools #PinnerProud #BestEmployees
