À l’occasion du vernissage de son installation présentée au Monument Joseph Sec à Aix-en-Provence, l’artiste Julia Lema Barros revient sur la naissance de 𝘝𝘦𝘳𝘥𝘦𝘴 𝘈𝘯𝘰𝘴 : une œuvre sculpturale et sonore réalisée 𝘐𝘯 𝘚𝘪𝘵𝘶 où se mêlent récits de voyages, végétation et mémoires en transformation.
Inspirée par l’histoire du jardin et la figure de Noé, l’installation compose une arche organique habitée de voix, de langues et de fragments de vies. Entre sculpture, paysage et corps vivant, l’œuvre interroge ce qui persiste, ce qui se transforme et ce que le temps recouvre. Découvrez son interview.

Monumental immersive installation transforming the Künstlerhaus into a dreamlike urban refuge. A place where echoes breathe, and time seems to stand still.
Last year I had the pleasure to present “City of Echoes” at the Die Blaue Nacht Nürnberg, a project about the fragility of loss, suspended moments and longing.
In this dark winter I feel the urge to share a glimpse of eerie calm, delicate reflection and resistance.

last spring me and René Schäfer had the pleasure to make our first solo exhibition at the @kunstverein_wuerzburg , Arte Noah. 🪼
Submerged Reverie was a site specific audiovisual installation that reflects on water as both material and metaphor—an element of passage, of fluid memory, of immersion and loss. The installation offers a temporary retreat, a place for reverie, vulnerability, and contemplation within a collective space.
