Posting this on my personal page because tonight felt personal.
Monday Night Lights isn’t just a run. It’s discomfort on purpose. It’s learning how to stay steady when things get hard. It’s being coached, corrected, pushed, and supported at the same time.
Tonight I stepped back and just coached. We talked intensities, pacing, recovery, technique, effort. Every person out there showed up at a different level, and every person was met where they were. We scaled, modified, adjusted, and kept moving.
It matters.
Because there’s something inside people that most never tap into. I see it every week. Untouched potential waiting to be pulled out and lit up.
Our motto has been the same since day one:
Start where you are. Run toward who you can be.
Don’t come because run clubs are trendy.
Don’t come because it’s the cool thing to post.
Come for you.
Come for your health.
Come for your people.
Come because you want to find out what you’re actually capable of.
Most of all, come because deep down you already know there’s more in you.
