Part 2 😩😩🥹🥹
As I pull the curtains down on this celebration, my heart is full of gratitude for the people who continue to stand by me, defend my brand and love me genuinely through every season.
Nathan couldn’t have chosen a more fitting song than “She’s Royal.” It speaks to who I am, the path I’m walking and the legacy I’m building, not just for this generation, but for many more to come.
Chapter 37 reminded me that being royal isn’t about a crown… it’s about grace, resilience, purpose and the way you continue rising no matter what.
Chapter 37 was written with purpose, intention, and gratitude. 🤍
Last year was quiet. Intimate. I celebrated with a simple lunch and dinner with my best friend while privately fighting battles most people knew nothing about. The health challenges I faced tested me mentally, emotionally, and physically. There were moments I questioned my strength, moments I had to pray through pain and uncertainty.
So I made a promise to myself and to the Most High… if I made it to 2026, I would celebrate life differently. I would celebrate ME unapologetically. Not because life became perfect, but because I survived what was meant to break me.
This birthday was exactly that.
Two beautiful nights spent with someone who understands the complicated parts of me…the stubbornness, the attitude, the walls I sometimes build. Yet somehow, he still sees the softer version of me that only a few people ever get access to.
Then my immediate family showed up and surprised me in the most chaotic but heartfelt way possible 🤣 No gifts, plenty vibes, and somehow I still ended up paying a massive resort bill… but truthfully? I wouldn’t trade that moment for anything. Because presence will always mean more to me than presents.
To my extended family at Petite Anse Hotel, thank you for making every single moment feel special. For those few days, I felt like royalty. Loved loudly. Celebrated genuinely. Seen completely.
And to Visionary X Media… whew 😭🤣 the frustration, the annoyance, the constant convincing because I wanted to stay safely inside my comfort zone. But thank you for reminding me that growth sometimes looks uncomfortable before it becomes beautiful. You captured a version of me I’m still learning to embrace.
Chapter 37 is not just about birthdays, photoshoots, or celebrations.
It’s about survival. It’s about healing. It’s about learning that even after hard seasons, you still deserve joy.
And this year…I allowed myself to fully receive it. 🤍
So I did my first ever birthday photoshoot 🥹😫
The only shoots I’ve ever done before were business shoots, so being in front the camera like this had me stepping all the way outta my comfort zone 🚶🏼♀️😂
