Not April fools. These things are FINALLY done and I'm working on getting all the orders shipped as fast as I can. There's a gift included in each package as a thank you from me for being so patient. I am painfully aware of how long you all have waited and I did everything in my power, including taking a loss on these, to get them here faster. That being said, if you are lucky to be riding still, there's a few sets of boards available to order on the site.
The EMZ boards are finally heading to powder. And shipping out immediately to everyone who ordered raw.
Again, I can't believe how many delays these things incurred. I wouldn't have even released them had I known how horribly delayed they were going to be, but I cannot express how grateful I am to all those who put their faith in Pin'd and stuck with it.
Next post, you'll be tasting the rainbow 🌈
Last week I ran up to test fit the EMZ Catalyst Running Boards. All was a go. Machine shop is working hard to get these done, then they'll be in powder and shipped out 🤘🏽
Thanks for everyone's patience. The extrusion material delay was significant and well outside what I was promised by the manufacturer.
I ended up shelling out a significant sum of money to pay to get these here by air freight faster than standard shipping for a shipment this heavy.
Can't wait to get these done and out to you guys (and on my sled as well 🤣)
The delay on the EMZ boards gave me some more time to refine the design. The open rear section will shed much more snow. Along with the chamfered edges extending to the of the cross runners from the tunnel.
These boards are stout and your feet won't have to pay guessing games.
The custom extrusions that these are being machined out of got delayed but I found a solution to get them here as fast as possible and will be in the machine shop in the next few days. Then they'll head to the powder coater and they'll be in the mail headed to you guys.
Preorder sale is still going on. Once they are ready to ship, the preorder prices will go away. And if you want anything besides black, you'll have to order within a day or two.
Thank you all for being so patient. The extrusions took longer to make so they could hold the tolerances and precision these needed. And shipping that much material is normally a sea freight only option but I went ahead and found an air freight and paid the premium to get them here for a (hopefully) snowy February.
Hold 'er to the bars 🤘🏽
