Pincho Disco is hosting Nikkei Nights on Thursday 28th May, serving a four-course Japanese-Latin dinner led by Colombian head chef Diego Cardenas.
The menu includes premium sashimi, slipper lobster anticucho, wagyu striploin, huancaĂna risotto, Japanese cheesecake and cocktail pairings using House of Suntory Japanese spirits.
Itâs sharp, bold and a little different from the usual dinner out.
