Team bonding at Topgolf! Celebrating a strong Q1 with our amazing team. This event is always a favorite for good reason. It is the perfect space to connect with team members across different properties and departments, enjoy a little friendly competition, soak in the spring breeze, and share some great food along the way. We’re looking forward to what Q2 has in store for us!

We’re excited to celebrate Mac’s 7-year anniversary and recognize the incredible impact he’s made on our team and community! Known by his fellow team members as the “Quiet Hero,” Mac is always the first to offer a helping hand and never says, “I can’t.” His steady dedication, positive attitude, and willingness to step up make him an invaluable part of the team.
It’s no surprise that Mac is beloved by residents and team members. He consistently receives praise for his professionalism, care, and friendliness, and his commitment to service never goes unnoticed. Last year, Mac was honored with our Quietly Awesome Award – Maintenance, a well-deserved recognition of his hard work and dedication.
When he’s not at work, Mac enjoys spending quality time with his daughter and grandson, as well as listening to and reading books.

We’re still buzzing from the Emerald Awards! We are proud to celebrate two EPIC Pillar team members: Tracy Hitt, recognized as Maintenance Technician of the Year for properties with 1–300 units, and Bill Holbrook, honored as Regional Maintenance Director of the Year!

Earlier this week, our team had the chance to volunteer at the Treehouse office as part of our Holiday Hoodies Drive! Treehouse does incredible work supporting youth in foster care, and our team loved the opportunity to give back and make an impact.

Our annual Summer Picnic is always a highlight of the season! It’s the perfect way to wrap up summer and celebrate not just with our team, but also with family and friends. And of course, it wouldn’t be complete without our tastiest tradition, the Side Dish & Dessert Competition. This year our team brought their A-game and showed off some incredible culinary skills! We’re so thankful for this tradition and can’t wait to do it again next year.
