Colossalcon East 2025! Thank you to everyone who made this an amazing first CCE for me! I met so many wonderful people and had so much fun with friends new and old. I can't wait for next year!
Last slides document my beloved Spamton flag, who made it all the way to CCE sewn to the antenna of my car (a 9 hour drive)! He endured high wind and torrential downpour but he made it through. Saturday afternoon I took him from the antenna and paraded him around a bit, brought him in the hot tub at night swim, and parted ways with half of him being taped to someone's Spamton prompt (if you were the people staying in the Spamton room I hope you love and cherish him).

The Student Art Exhibition has already rolled around again. I am currently trying to decide which pieces to submit, so figured it is time to finally share what I did for the last one.
My beloved "Toba" was not only accepted into the show, he managed to win me the Best of Sculpture award. I would say it was a success for my first time entering an exhibition!
Toba was created as the final project for my Advanced Design course; we were tasked with making a wearable sculpture. He is based on the character "Toba the Tura" from the musical Razia's Shadow, loosely inspired by Marc Berg's design for him in Phantom Chorus Theatre's puppet production of the musical.
