Mili St. John (AKA
@milistjohn ) is the 2025 Cupcake Award winner who was mentored by Pidge (AKA
@pidgecomics ) to produce her new, 40 page surrealist memoir mini-comic. Mili uses a media landscape of John Milton’s Paradise Lost to trace the thread of today’s pandemonium back to the politics of her upbringing in the wake of the dot-com crash. A satirical romp through a digital hellscape you won’t want to miss!
Teddie Bernard (AKA
@tea.ddie ) is a cartoonist and zinester, who co-organizes
@otp.chicago , a queer comix reading series, with their pal Jaime Dear. He spends the rest of his time researching obscure lesbians and refurbishing out-of-date printers.
Ana Two (AKA
@anatwocomics ) is an Ignatz-nominated cartoonist and vampire aficionado formerly living in Chicago and now hailing from Vermont. They spend their winters making comics and zines that explore paranormal romance and queer desire.
