One of her favourite Chinese holidays to celebrate would be Chinese New Year, best spent with family and loved ones, where you embrace traditions, such as a big feast & gift giving $$$ through red envelopes! Korea has a long and complex history that goes back thousands of years, starting with early kingdoms like Goguryeo, Baekje, and Silla, which is were later unified and followed by dynasties like Goryeo and Joseon. In the early 1900s, Korea was colonized by Japan, and after World War II, it was divided into North Korea and South Korea, which remain separate today. Alongside its history, Korea is known for strong traditions and culture, including the Hanbok, a colorful outfit worn during holidays and special events that reflects social status and elegance through its design. Traditional customs are still important, such as bowing to show respect, celebrating holidays like Seollal and Chuseok, and valuing family and elders, showing how Korea blends its deep-rooted traditions with modern life.
