Duku-langsat have outdone themselves this year with magnificent large, juicy sweet fruit with some sharpness. Very refreshing & mind blowing having these crop in the Byron hinterland for the 4 th year now. Hope to have them @mullumfarmersmkt very soon when fully ripe but only @piconeexotics !

Jackfruit, one of our 3 crunchy jacks, this one is a family favourite with a delicious sweetness & a satisfying crunch, the flavour lingers & difficult to stop at 1 or even 3!. Extra large arils which lend themselves to a filling of ground nuts of choice, sultanas, your favourite spice/s, choc chips & a little butter, chop into a course mix, stuff into the arils & enjoy … or dip into a light batter & deep fry for 2 to 3 minutes.
