Save this post and follow the full recipe below.⁣ ⁣ 🔞 #ComeHomeToPicknPay #MixoftheMonth #WorldWhiskeyDay⁣ ⁣ Ingredients⁣ Punch Base⁣ • 500ml Whisky (Bain’s, Monkey Shoulder, or Jameson Black Barrel)⁣ • 500ml PnP Nectar Apple 50% Fruit Juice⁣ • 2 tbsp Rhodes Ruby Grapefruit Marmalade⁣ • 3 tbsp PnP Orange Marmalade or St. Dalfour Orange Marmalade Extra Fruit Jam⁣ • 250ml strong ginger & honey tea (brewed double strength)⁣ • 60ml fresh lemon juice⁣ • 1 tbsp honey (adjust to taste)⁣ ⁣ For Clarification⁣ • 250ml full cream milk⁣ • 75ml fresh lemon juice / juice of 3 ripe lemons⁣ ⁣ Garnish⁣ • Fresh mint⁣ • Thin ginger slice⁣ • Light dusting of nutmeg⁣ ⁣ Method⁣ 1. Build the punch⁣ In a large bowl or jug, combine:⁣ • whisky⁣ • apple juice⁣ • both marmalades⁣ • ginger & honey tea⁣ • honey⁣ Stir well until the marmalade fully dissolves.⁣ ⁣ 2. Add brightness⁣ Stir in the fresh lemon juice.⁣ The mixture may already begin to curdle slightly.⁣ ⁣ 3. Clarify⁣ Warm the milk gently in a separate bowl or pot.⁣ Slowly pour the punch mixture into the milk (not the other way around) and let it sit undisturbed for⁣ 30 minutes. The milk will curdle and capture impurities, leaving the punch silky and clear.⁣ ⁣ 4. Strain⁣ Strain slowly through a fine sieve lined with cheesecloth or coffee filters. For extra clarity, pass it⁣ through a second time. Chill well before serving.⁣ ⁣ 5. Serve⁣ Pour over ice and garnish with:⁣ • fresh mint⁣ • a thin ginger slice⁣ • a light dusting of nutmeg
