Comfort food, but make it a little dangerous. Late-night plates that hit like a love letter and a dare at the same time.
Now on to the main event, our delicious bar bites photographed above and described below:
Photo One:
Pork schnitzel done the way it should be done. Tenderized pork loin, breaded in our house Parm panko mix, fried to that audible crunch. Served over creamy garlic herb mash, roasted
Photo Two: Carnitas Nachos for four (or two if youâre honest). Layers on layers: crispy chips buried under queso dip, limon crema coleslaw, pico de gallo, slow-cooked carnitas or slow-cooked tinga chicken that both fall apart on contact, with a roasted tomatillo serrano salsa bringing the heat. Protip: Crown it with a tequila espresso martini dusted in fresh grated cinnamon because being subtle is overratedâŚ
Photo Three:
House-breaded basa, grilled just right, on a warm tortilla, loaded with sweet chili coleslaw, fresh pico de gallo, and a squeeze of lemon-lime.

PORTLAND â this is your reminder that the best nights arenât planned.
An older gentleman named Sarge walked in off 82nd with a bass guitar and an amp. Sat at the bar. Shared stories. Ordered a drink. We asked if he wanted to see the stage.
He didnât hesitate.
A few minutes later, the room shifted. That low, warm bassline filled the space, glasses paused mid-air, strangers turned into an audience, and just like that â we had live music.
No booking agent.
No ticket link.
Just community.
This is why we built this place.
Not just for burgers that make you rethink your standards.

Thatâs Fine Diving.
Thatâs neighborhood energy.
Thatâs 82nd.
If youâve been looking for a hidden gem, live music vibes, strong pours, and a room that actually feels good to be in â you found it.

The Clover Club is one of the few pre-Prohibition classics that is both technically elegant and socially loaded with history.
It is not just a gin sour with raspberry and egg white.â¨It is a drink named after a menâs literary society that met for lunch in Philadelphia in the late 1800s. The drink is literally a club drinkâlike the Martini at the Algonquin or the Waldorf.
Why Raspberry?
Before grenadine became commercial and artificial, raspberry syrup was common in bars. It provided, color, acid balance, aromatics, and a perception of refinement
The drinkâs pink hue was not considered feminine at the time. It was considered sophisticated.
Ingredients: 2 oz Dry Gin, 0.5 oz Fresh Lemon Juice, 0.75 oz Raspberry Cardamom Simple, 1 Egg White or 6â8 drops Fee Foam, 2â3 dashes Peychaudâs or Angostura Bitters.
Method: Dry shake 15 seconds, Add ice, shake 15 seconds, Double strain into chilled coupe
Garnish with Bitters drops on foam
