Recently made this sweet little Greek-key inspired spiral for an art trade. I’m pleased with how quickly it came together and for the opportunity it gave me to stop overthinking and focus on being in the fire. 🔥

Hello! @pickiestvicky , myself, and @lightwritersneon are pleased to present Neon to Neighborhoods, an exhibition with the goal of selling artwork to raise money for the Erie Neighborhood House (@eriehouse ), a local organization that supports immigrants and low-income families through legal services, and mental health care among many other services. This show showcases a wide array of mediums from local and non-local artists, ranging from neon to ceramics that feature diverse imagery, all within affordable price points to maximize our fundraising impact. Please come support our efforts and build your art collection in the process! Opening on January 16, 2026 with a reception 6-9pm! Running until February 22nd, 2026! Snippets from a year at @lightwritersneon ⚡️ this place is so incredibly special, not just for providing the space to create using this one-of-a-kind medium but for actively fostering a community of so many unique individuals. i knew neon was special to me after all the research and the little studio time i did in grad school but having the opportunity to continue pursuing it alongside so many other passionate people was the beginning of a life-long love story. to many more years of light 💖

Ireland 1. St. Mary’s Abbey 2. Newgrange Neolithic passage tomb entry. I first learned about this site during the early days of my undergraduate art history studies. Experiencing the site and interior of the tomb was a full circle/spiral moment and proof that people have always been people. :,) 3. Old Mellifont Abbey gatehouse 4. Old Mellifont Abbey 5. Cliffs of Moher 6. Our darling host called up his dad to let us meet his sheep. 🐑🐑🐑 7. Mellifont Abbey grounds. The remaining monks vacated the site last fall to merge their numbers with other groups. A group of locals continue to hold prayer at the nearby visitor’s center and the three I met during my visit were so lovely for chatting with me. 8. Four Knocks Neolithic passage tomb exterior. The site was only rediscovered in the 1950s after a visitor to Newgrange recalled seeing similar structures on their family’s farmland. 9. Four Knocks passage tomb interior 10. Dublin 11. One of many cat sightings. Two successfully pet. 12. Bective Abbey 13. Bective Abbey 14. Navan 15. Rainbow over Old Mellifont Abbey
