Our May issue is officially out! ✨
On the cover we have, Mugambi, @itsmugambi ,— an actor, director, and writer whose work has shaped Kenyan storytelling for over 20 years. He co-wrote Supermodo, directed Free Me, and recently directed the successful Showmans residency by Nyashinski. He is also the creative mind behing K1 movie nights. In this interview, he reflects on his journey, sharing lessons, experiences, and moments that continue to inspire.
This issue also features creatives in our community sharing what sanctuary means to them. Also share how they’ve managed to overcome burnout, stress, and personal challenges while finding moments of rest and healing.
