Renewed and revalidated for 2026 under World Triathlon. Not because a certificate makes you a coach. But because staying accountable to global standards matters. My job is not just to write training plans. My job is to make sure every decision I make for my athletes reflects current science, real experience, and responsibility. The learning never stops.

The highs. The lows. The doubt. The breakthroughs. 2025 didn’t just test my fitness—it tested my character. Thank you to my supporters, mentors, coaches, and family for riding this season with me. This journey was nothing short of amazing. On to the next chapter.

Some bikes are comfortable. Some bikes are fast. The Trek Madone somehow manages to be both.

Sunday well spent. 🌊☀️ POV: you joined a race but somehow it turned into a group beach outing with your entire friendship crew 😂 Honestly made the whole experience way more fun and memorable. Nothing beats seeing familiar faces cheering for you while you’re out there fighting for your life against the waves. 🌊😅 Grateful for this opportunity. Happy to share that I got first in my AG 🥇and 2nd Overall Female for the 3KM H2Oman Open Water Lakawon. 🥈with a PR of 1hr 12mins. 🙂 Not gonna lie though 😅 the current and waves were literally slapping me the whole 1.5KM, so I missed my original target finish time. Open water really humbles you. Big thanks to my @sante_athletica family for all the support, to my triathlon coach @physio.seb ,my nutrition @oryzaendurance , to my swim coach Agapito Jr Aplaon for always guiding and believing in me. And ofcourse @psicustom for my new customized trisuit 🙏🏽 Let’s do this again next time! 🫶 #santeathletica #santebarley #physioseb #oryzaendurance #psicustoms

5:11 at Ironman 70.3 Gulf Coast last weekend. ⚡️ Swim was shortened to 1K from 1.9K due to conditions, but still came away with PRs across every discipline and an overall PR to top it off. A long road back to this distance since 2019, and proud of how the day came together. Huge thank you to @physio.seb for the guidance and belief throughout the build, and to @caitlynnrachael for the constant support through all the early mornings, long sessions, and race prep. Honest work. Honest race. ⚡️

After years of training, racing, coaching, and switching between bikes, I still believe pedal based power meters are one of the smartest setups you can have. That’s why I’m excited to partner with Magene and use the Magene P715 Pedal-based Power Meter ⚡ Easy to transfer between bikes, consistent data wherever you ride, dual sided power, advanced metrics, and no compatibility headaches. Simple, accurate, and with a competitive price point that makes it accessible to all. (It’s 2026 if you are not training with power you are leaving performance on the table). Follow along for the unboxing, installation process, and tutorial video soon 👀 #magene #magenep715pedals #magenepedals

Tired all the time? Poor recovery, heavy legs, bad sleep, elevated heart rate, and declining performance might not be “lack of motivation” it could be overtraining syndrome. Recovery is part of performance. 🏊🚴🏃 #Triathlon #Overtraining #TriathlonTraining #EnduranceTraining #IronmanTraining
