5 of my favourite glute med exercises 🍑 1. Standing clamshells 2. Sidelying hip abduction 3. Kneeling side planks with hip abduction 4. Captain Morgan’s with a Swiss ball 5. Crab walks Honestly almost everyone could benefit from incorporating these exercises into your routine.
