Outside of work, Preston enjoys hiking and exploring the outdoors with his two dogs, Ollie (a terrier) and Fritz (a chihuahua), who are always up for an adventure. Most people don’t think twice about how an ambulance gets maintained—but in EMS, that matters more than you’d expect.
At Physicians Ambulance, we maintain our fleet in our own mechanic bays instead of sending vehicles out for service.

Al was a longtime Wheelchair Attendant before moving into Fleet Maintenance, and Jon is an active Paramedic who occasionally who still performs in the field from time to time, keeping his clinical skills sharp. They understand that reliability isn’t just about vehicles—it’s about people. 🚑
