Very satisfying Calendula seed collection. Calendula is high on our list to sow every year at the physic garden as we often harvest the pretty flower heads to treat skin conditions it also brings a beautiful pop of orange the space. 🌼#herbalism

Why do we do No Mow May?
We do so because this promotes biodiversity, particularly by encouraging wildflowers and grasses to grow, providing essential habitats and food sources for pollinators like beautiful bees and butterflies. 🐝🦋
(Also on the plus side it relieves us from another job on our never-ending to-do list ;) )
