Our 2025 UK survey showed that 90% of people believe that Beauty Advisers should be trained on face equality.
That’s just one of the reasons why we are working together to roll out facial difference training to @SephoraUK stores. As our CEO @phyllidaswift shares, ensuring everyone is #SeenAndServed with dignity in these spaces is key.

Deeply saddened that we’ve lost the wonderful @tulsidivine108
Feels only right and proper to lose this queen and the self proclaimed ‘face of face equality’ on the eve of face equality week. But to say this was her only passion project would be utterly wrong.
Tulsi brought light, love, humour and compassion into all of her many areas of devotion - not least the incredible friendships she built along the way. I will treasure our joyful moments, bringing some silliness to whatever set we were on.
The world is a better place because of you Tulsi.
Om Shanti 🫶
Squeezing in some comps with the help of steroid injections in my hip before I find out next week what level of surgery I need. 🫣
I had a good run of training without my old injuries from the crash getting in the way too much, but this past 18 months I’ve been forced to focus on whatever doesn’t aggravate my hip. This meant lots of upper body gains, which made toughing out my first RX category comp and those double dumbbells (with the help of some strong girls) a whole lot easier! That plus grinding through a lot of solo training without the same class vibe.
I might be smiling here, but behind this there have been a lot of tantrums and tears and no doubt there will be much more to come.
Shout out to some excellent teamies getting me through it all @strongwithsian@megan_f98@stephied_12
+ some excellent photographers of course @shot_by_ow@tonihoarephotography
