Meet the Sancocho Pho—a bold, soulful mashup where Vietnamese tradition and Colombian comfort food make magic. We took a 2-pound smoked beef rib and dropped it into a deep, rich broth inspired by Colombia’s iconic sancocho—loaded with corn, potatoes, plantains, and yuca—then laced it with lemongrass chili oil for that Southeast Asian kick. Last night in New York City, we had the honor of returning for the @nokidhungry gala alongside some of the most talented chefs, sommeliers, and hospitality leaders in the country. Over $2 million raised. 600 guests fed. One incredibly important mission. No child in America should have to wonder where their next meal is coming from. Every child deserves access to nutritious meals, and every mother and family deserves support, dignity, and resources to thrive. That’s what No Kid Hungry continues to fight for every single day. Proud to stand beside @chefceez_ in his role as leadership council, helping bring awareness, action, and our hospitality community together for something so much bigger than ourselves. Food has always been about more than what’s on the plate. It’s about community, care, and making sure people feel seen and taken care of. Here I am with Chef Cesar again—this time throwing it down in the kitchen. Got to jump in and make one of his signature dishes: truffle fried rice with quail egg. It’s got everything; deep flavor, that umami hit, rich, addictive… just unreal. Had an amazing time cooking and sitting down with Chef. Nothing brings me more joy than doing what I love most with people I genuinely connect with. Collaboration is everything, sharing ideas, energy, and creating memories along the way.
