There’s this project I’m working on that is pushing me to the edge of my abilities. It’s scary and vulnerable… and it’s changing my life. When it’s all done, I hope I have something powerful and resonant to share with all of you on what it means to fearlessly go after everything you ever wanted in life, and how to do that in a way that doesn’t destroy your nervous system.

There is something landing this week, on Lunar New Year, in alignment with the eclipse (of course) that’s beautifully timed. I can’t wait to share it all with you. 💋

Still recovering from @fleshwater.fm and @julieband at the Stone Pony last night. I remember being a kid and having my mom perform here, even though I wasn’t allowed to go. Coming back to such a music monument to bring my daughter to see her favorite band of all time for “the best day of her life” was pretty insane.
