We've just received the latest edition Vampire Competition! Holding it up against our previous models and discussing the modifications with @phoenixflywingsuits has got us extremely excited to fly it!
Give us a few weeks to do a bunch of jumps and to form an opinion, then we'll do a proper write up comparing it to both the regular Vampire and previous V-Comps.
If you want to try this exact suit, you'll need to be highly experienced, 177-184cm tall, 70-80kg, and you'll need to ask very very nicely!

"A crazy idea for an amazing trip in the mountain. First wingsuit flight from Dent du Crocodile on April 24th and then link-up with the Aiquille Verte on the 25th. Dent du Crocodile was at 3640m, access was from the Aiquille du Midi via the start of the Chamonix Aiquilles traverse. The jump on the southeast side offers a lovelv flight along the beautiful granite faces before landing on the Mer de Glace qlacier (1600m lower and 3.7km horizontal) right at the foot of the ladders leading up to the Couvercle hut. We then took the opportunity to enjoy Pilou's 5-star hospitality before going back to do the jump from the Aiquille Verte that we opened last year."
No doubt it's much more scenic for the return to Chamonix (3000m lower and 7km further)!
Another great time spent in the mountains between friends, between sky and earth!"

Dent du Crocodile : Première en Wingsuit et enchaînement avec l’Aiguille Verte

Vendredi 24 et samedi 25 avril, nous avons eu la chance d’ouvrir un joli saut de wingsuit sur la Dent du Crocodile (3640m). L’accès s’est fait depuis l’Aiguille du Midi par le début de la traversée des Aiguilles de Chamonix. Le saut en versant Sud Est permet un joli vol le long des belles faces granitiques avant un posé sur la Mer de Glace (1600m plus bas et 3,7 km plus loin), pile au pied des échelles qui remontent vers le refuge du Couvercle.
On en a donc profité pour remonter profiter de l’accueil 5 étoiles de Pilou avant d’aller refaire le saut de l’Aiguille Verte que nous avions ouvert l’année dernière. C’est quand même beaucoup plus esthétique pour rentrer à Chamonix (3000m plus bas et 7km plus loin) !
Encore un bon moment passé en montagne entre copains, entre ciel et terre.
