Up at the crack of dawn for the 18th floor sunrise was an accomplishment on its own. But the amazing light and starting the day off with a shoot was my natural caffeine. @helen.mcgaughy knocked it out of the park. Full circle moment. I checked back at our first shoot where we shot over 65 dishes dated back to May 6 2024. It's been amazing to see the progress and the amount of time invested into every ingredient the team here has designed. The best staff, OG food & vibes, in the heart of my hometown. Congrats, this place is gonna kill it. Spring 2nd Branch is open for lunch and dinner service. Everyone's talking about it 👀
