College Days Swiftly Passā¦
In 06 days, I will be graduating from THEE University of Virginia. Before I can truly relish the moment, I must show my appreciation for the greatest fraternity that gave me many blessing in my life and helped shaped my time here.
To Alpha Phi Alpha Fraternity, Incorporated:
Wow what can I say besides āThank You.ā This fraternity gave me a second chance at life in indescribable ways and for that I will forever give my life to the service and mission to uplift our communities. Alpha is known as the school for the better making of men, and I can truly say this was the best school I couldāve attended.
To the Infamously Better Iota Beta Chapter:
Looking back over my 3 years in this chapter, I can do nothing but be grateful. Grateful for the chances took on a young first-year. Grateful for the brothers who came before me and poured into my life to help me excel. Grateful for all the memories and roadtrips. The Iota Beta Chapter makes Alpha men of a different caliber, and it has been nothing but an honor to be apart of that.
To T.I.T.A.N.S.:
This is where it all started! The bond we created is something special and will treasure it til we reach Omega Chapter. We have seen each other at our highs and lows while being there by each otherās side. This is what I know will continue for the rest of our lives. Thank yall for giving me a safe space in all of you! Love ya guys 2L!
To all 3 lines of my neos:
Watching each of your growth everyday in this fraternity, chapter, and as leaders on our grounds is astounding. I hope that all the talks and conversations about our goals do not go forgotten. Continue to strive towards them and use them as motivation to push this chapter and yourselves higher. You can only go up from here. Continue to hold that light high my brothers!
With that being said, time for me to sign outāš¾

Perseverance because of pressure gave birth to perseverance. Aspiration gave rise to not believing. It was through sacrifice that meaning was created. What one day seemed unimaginable became a part of my history. To everyone who doubted meāthank you for the motivation. While you questioned my potential or even made me feel less than a person, you boosted my confidence more than ever and that gave me fuel to rise above & let my results speak louder than opinions. I saw it as an opportunity. God proved everyone wrong once I stepped in the room. You felt my potential as soon as my presence was in the room. Graduation is not just an achievement, but a show of perseverance leaving a legacy. The novel is yet to attain maturity now whoever is reading this I just want you to know I am coming for everything they said I could never have. This is just the beginning you are about to witness. I am profoundly grateful. I want to thank my village for uplifting me along the way. I am deeply grateful for my Mentors, Family & Friends who spoke to the King in me and always up lifted me in any given moment. Teaching me attention to details, tough love, and most importantly acknowledging my existence whenever I was in your presence. That really meant the world to me more than you imagined. To my mother, thank you for loving me enough to be hard on me. As I have learned along the way in Exodus 13:2 ā The Responsibility of the first son was the āleaderā of the next generation. By giving him to God, the family was saying their entire future belonged to him. Quick message to everyone and get it through your head the world is Mine! If Everyone Is Against Me Everyone will lose mark my words. My journey was definitely a treacherous expedition many days questioning can I pull this off? While I asking that question i definitely did. Again, though this is only the beginning: āBlessed is the one who perseveres under trial because, having stood the test, that person will receive the crown of life that the Lord has promised to those who love him.ā - James 1:12. Proud CSUN2026GRAD I am profoundly Grateful ā Nas

First and foremost, I give thanks to the Most High. This has been one of the most telling and meaningful journeys I have ever endured. I am blessed and honored to announce that I will be graduating from Middle Georgia State University with a B.S. in Aviation Science and Management. None of this would have been possible without my village. Thank you ma & pap.
Throughout this journey, I have experienced the lowest lows and the highest highs. Still, I would not change a single part of it. Every challenge taught me something. Every setback shaped me. Every victory reminded me that Godās hand was always present.
To the Upsilon Psi Chapter, I am truly blessed and thankful to call you my brothers. As your prophyte, words cannot fully describe how proud I am of the initiative, drive, and leadership you all have demonstrated. I am confident that our great chapter is in good hands. "Red", continue being a leader and demonstrating to the student body what being a role model looks like. Keep shining I am immensely proud to be your sponsor. #FlyHighUPsi
To my advisors, you four have made a lasting impact on the way I carry myself and the way I see life. From calling Brother Chambliss almost daily to getting on Brother Horneās and Brother Dr. Jacksonās nerves, to talking smack with Brother Brown every chance we got. Each of you played a part in molding me, guiding me, and poured wisdom into me in ways I will never forget. Thank you for being God fearing men and for showing me what faith can do for the soul. Your guidance has helped shape me into a better man.
This moment is bigger than a degree. It is a testimony of faith, endurance, brotherhood, and purpose. For that, I am forever grateful.
Thank you for your attention to this matter Preston "Pilot P" Stanberry

Psalm 46:10 āBe still, and know that I am God.ā
As I reflect on these last four years, I am grateful for the growth Iāve made throughout my journey and the support that helped me get here.
Graduating with a Bachelor of Science in Recreation and Sport Management is a milestone Iāll always be grateful for.
To Coastal, thank you for some of the greatest memories and lessons I could ever ask for. Iāve met friends and made connections that will last a lifetime. To all the professors in the RSM department, I appreciate the countless hours of help, guidance, and support you gave me throughout my time here.
To ROTC, where do I begin? After graduating Basic Training in 2023, I truly didnāt know what my Army career would consist of. Through this program, I gained the ability to take charge, lead others, and grow as a person. I also want to thank all of the MSIVs who finished this program alongside me. To the underclassmen, keep striving to be the best version of yourselves each and every day.
To Alpha Phi Alpha and 7 T.O.R., thank you for allowing me to join THE greatest fraternity in the world. I promise to continue holding the name high and upholding the standards we set for ourselves. To my LBs, thank you for helping and pushing me in ways I didnāt even know were possible. At my highest, lowest, and everywhere in between, I always knew yāall had my back. To my Pros, DP, and ADP, all the brotherly moments, laughs, hangouts, and knowledge gained will stay with me forever.
This chapter is complete, but the journey is only beginning.
