The Philippine Consulate General in Los Angeles informs the public that the United States Postal Service (USPS) will implement a time-limited price change on certain domestic retail mail products effective this Sunday, 26 April 2026.
This means that clients who are required to submit a self-addressed stamped envelope during their appointment must ensure that the USPS flat-rate envelope they will submit has sufficient postage to avoid delays in processing and delivery.
