Our final site update from Pimpama Medical for the year has the building facade revealed and internal works well underway. It’s been a busy year with this project as we look to close it out quickly in the new year. @bourkeprojects
Looking back at how far Pimpama Medical has come in a short time as we prepare to complete base build internal works and restart works on Dixon Dr and external car parks.
The Pimpama Medical & Lifestyle Centre for Bourke Projects is progressing well having topped out in early September and the roof and internal fitout now underway with local Gold Coast builder Phlat Constructions.
The project is being purpose-built for allied health, and professional health Services in the growth region of the Gold Coast - Brisbane Corridor.
On completion it will offer tenancies ranging from 55m2, 100m2, 145m2 and 400m2. Features will include ground floor glass shopfronts and professional suites upstairs complete with medical lift.
RCP is providing project management, superintendent and programming services.
The project is due to be completed in early 2026.
