The band that made me love music was inducted into the Rock n' Roll Hall of Fame last night. They've been making music and spreading joy for 32 years. I've been to 47 shows, and I hope to go to more (I'll see everyone at Mohegan on November 19th).
I remember listening to "Typical Situation" under the huge stars at the Gorge on August 8th, 2003. "Perfection," I thought. From the first time I saw Dave in pajama pants and the band shredding on SNL in 1995 to the present day, they've been solidified into the soundtrack of my life. Congrats to DMB and long live the GrooGrux King!
