Philadelphia County’s pre-canvass of mail-in and absentee ballots for the May 19, 2026 Primary and Special Election will begin at 7:00 A.M. on Tuesday, May 19th at the City Commissioners’ Election Warehouse, 11311 Roosevelt Blvd.

2026 Primary Election: We have released a list of voters whose mail ballots may have issues that could prevent them from being counted.
Issues may include:
• Unverifiable ID
• Undeliverable ballots
• Missing secrecy envelopes
• Missing signatures
Voters on the list are encouraged to visit a Satellite Election Office for replacement ballot materials or assistance resolving identity verification issues before Election Day.
Voters can also vote by provisional ballot at their polling place on Election Day.
