The last year and a half has been a whirlwind of events and emotions - from the lows of health challenges to the incredible high of experiencing the best day of my life, getting married.
My 3 top priorities this year:
- Be the healthiest and fittest I’ve ever been.
- Be the best husband I can be for my wife.
- Have the best year financially/business wise.

75 Hard physique progress:
Done and dusted! ☑️
- Day 75: 82kg
- Day 40: 80.5kg
- Day 1: 83.kg
Despite 75 hard being more of a mental challenge… it was super interesting to see my body change and readapt to the lifestyle.
Started at 2400 cals, lost some weight quite quickly. Was a slight shock to the system with the increase in activity & drop in calories.
Increased calories by roughly 200 every 2-3 weeks all the way up to 3000. My metabolism was constantly spiking from all the running, cardio & pilates it was newly introduced to.
Slowly overloaded: Gained strength, endurance, functionality & most importantly, high confidence in my bodies abilities. Onto the next… #performance
