Jeff and I spoke at a great length about his journey and healthcare and why wellness should be invested in more because of the way healthcare is currently run. Jeff often found when what he was trying to get accomplished met roadblocks left and right in traditional healthcare and he was forced whenever possible to send his patients to trusted and recommended wellness professionals often the results were remarkable. There’s a hidden cost in healthcare that we spoke about a great length and any business that operates any fashion that limits its full potential is clearly one that shouldn’t be celebrated because a business grows, especially when it’s creating positive impact, but healthcare is one of those industries in particular that is allowed to grow regardless of whether or not it’s impact is reaching its maximum potential. It’s a controversial and touchy subject for some, but as somebody who’s been given the runaround myself personally in healthcare it’s good to know that leaders in healthcare like Jeff Marinucci are working hard to give people options.
When you choose to hire someone, it’s important that you prepare your pain points and not solutions if you wanna optimize the chances of a great outcome with the agency or company that you hire. Nathaniel and I talked about this at great length because he often works with people to help them build proprietary software for their businesses and as he can imagine those people are convinced, they know exactly what they need as a solution went often it would be more useful for them to know exactly what’s hurting and what the problem is. I would even extend that further to say if you hire someone to be part of your company, make sure they understand the problems at the company and allow for flexibility on how one is going to solve those problems within reason, of course, but the point of hiring someone for a job is it to manage how they do the job but more to explain to them why the job exists.
When I spoke with Neil and he began to break down to me what the future was gonna look like in regards to augmented reality, it made me realize there was so much focus on AI as a technology that we forgot there are other innovative technologies that are currently being monetized or currently in position for huge monetization.
