We were at this Brewster cottage last year just as the owners were getting ready to move back in. Our work included building two additions, and a whole-house remodel including a new kitchen and two new baths, along with some exterior work.

The last time we filmed this new home in Brewster, we were digging the foundation. This time, we caught our clients on move-in day. We have just a bit of finish work and punch-list items to do and their home-sweet-home will be fully complete.

The first step in building a new ADU in a bayside neighborhood in Brewster was razing the original garage. The new structure will look much the same as the original, but it will include livable space on both levels.

Rescuing and renovating a historic home on Route 6A: We reconstructed a shed which will become a mudroom and half bath. We are also remodeling and expanding the kitchen, and opening up walls to improve flow. Upstairs, what was a bedroom and bath are being turned into a primary suite.

A large pass-through is allowing us to encompass the existing kitchen as we expand it into the new addition. On the other side of addition is a private office with an adjacent full bath and closet. New flooring throughout will help blend the old with the new.
