After seven years away… I’m back at the Fringe. This August, I’ll be performing a brand-new stand-up storytelling show, Aren’t We Lucky. Alongside that, I’m bringing back my 2006 Edinburgh Comedy Award–winning show, The Naked Racist, for a special limited run to mark its 20th anniversary. Presented by Lee Martin and the brilliant Gag Reflex team, both shows will be at the newly refurbished Teviot Row House as part of Gilded Balloon’s Edinburgh programme. What a ride that was. 24 brilliant shows in 24 amazing venues across the UK—and I’m absolutely made up. A huge thank you to all the venues that hosted the show. The hospitality everywhere was incredible. I can’t wait to be back next year. And to all my fans, new and old—thank you for coming out and supporting a very grateful old clown. Every show was a smasher, and each audience made it special and unique to that particular town. Big love to my support acts—kind, eager, and seriously funny- Jed Salisbury, Phil Walker, Paul Withers, Alistair Clarke, David Hadingham, Kyle Samuel, JoJo Sutherland, Aaron Jay, Les Keen, Tom Alban, Ryan Kenny, Irish McMahon, NJ Patel, Simon Emanuel, Gaz Lawrence, Chris Ali and Matthew Ali. Shoutout to Mel and Helen at Impressive PR for doing a stellar job spreading the word. And the biggest thanks of all goes to Daniel Studd at Mustard Talent for helping pull it all together—I couldn’t have done it without him. There's something about the first time we've ever been asked to open for a pro together in the place we first ever gigged. It was such an honour and Phil is mentally funny that this day will be with me forever. Thank you so much x
