Philadelphia is more than a destination—it’s a feeling, a movement, and a collection of stories. 🏙️✨
We are thrilled to announce the completion of "Philadelphia as Lived Experience," a stunning new 11-panel mural series at the new Philadelphia Parking Authority Transportation Center! Created by acclaimed artist Gina Kim in partnership with @muralarts , these panels capture the heartbeat of our city.
From the quiet rhythm of rowhome life to our most iconic landmarks, each panel explores:
🚶 Movement
🏡 Neighborhoods
🎨 Culture
🌳 Landscape
Next time you’re passing by the PPATC, take a moment to see the city through Gina’s eyes. It’s a celebration of where we’ve been and where we’re going together.
Bike lanes are not parking spots, and bus stops are not quick stops. 🚫🚲 Keeping those spaces clear helps everyone get where they are going safely and on time. 🚌⏰
Planning a Chinatown visit? We’ve got parking covered.
Through our partnership with @chinatownpcdc , visitors can enjoy discounted parking while supporting local restaurants and businesses.
AutoPark at the Fashion District | $5 parking (up to 3 hours)

📷 by @connectthedots.us : Curiosity can invite questions and smiles. We took a creative spin on hand-crafting a conversation starter for a pop-up about the @philaparking 's Automated Trolley Enforcement program by wearing a trolley costume.
If you attended the thefoodtrust Clark Park Farmer's Market this past Saturday, hopefully we made you look! Or curious enough to stop for a chat.
Now you know that Automated Enforcement is fully underway with haydenai_tech cameras installed on septaphilly T lines and the G to make it safer to get on and off the trolleys, improve schedule reliability, and Keep Philly Moving!

📷 by @philaotis : Get charged up! Philadelphia is launching ChargePHL, a program that will provide safe, affordable, and publicly accessible electric vehicle (EV) charging throughout the city. ChargePHL is an important step in achieving the Parker Administration’s public health and climate goals, and this program will develop a reliable charging infrastructure. Through a partnership with itselectric_co and PositivEnergy, chargers will be available curbside and in @philaparking lots starting in 2027. Read more at the blog in our bio.

Philly Jazz Month brings more visitors and activity to the city. 🎷 Increased demand means parking fills up faster near venues. Try getting to your destinations earlier for more street parking options and set reminders for any timed parking spots.
