Morning light in the lounge room.
Back to colour again, which I love when I have the time, but it’s also not very portable managing lots o’ pencils unless you’re in a stable place.
I tore multiple holes in the LHS page, but that’s OK. This one was very enjoyable. The (almost) disappearing leg of an armchair in the lower RH corner makes my brain do lively litttle flips when I look at it.

An older sketch, rediscovered through this writing challenge I’m engaged in. Thinking about the spherical nature of experience and using the far outer edge of feeling to find curiosity and explore ideas.

The trouble with being able to draw other people’s thoughts on public transport is you can also hear the bad!
Been missing my normal bus routine, but this was on the way to the neurologist in Brisbane yesterday. Only a 5 minute grab, but enough to tune in!

Can’t say I’m loving this (chlorine) pool #morningswim experience or being photobombed by a local menace > @neilliza …. But it is better than doing nothing!
The trip to Rockhampton from Brisbane. Sitting up the front being visually quizzed by a suspicion-riven cabin steward.

A loungeroom scene with flowers in the window and clothes drying on the rack. Not an inspiring or special scene, which started as a challenge to self to just draw. And glad that I did.
I’ve also been loving the rediscovery of hatching!

I don’t understand this drawing either…but it is a genuine response to a shitty situation and it has revealed possibility.
