A reconstruction of the Mayan temple facade at the National Museum of Anthropology, CDMX. The doorway depicts the gaping mouth of a celestial deity, symbolizing a portal between the earth and the spiritual underworld. Characterized by intricate stone mosaics and pre-Hispanic iconography.
The Pod Hood. Thesis ‘24. Hand constructed from tailored felt panels, needle felted top layer with Corriedale Wool. Boning channels throughout to withstand its structure and seamed to sculpt the body beneath.
